INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF ORGANIC INFUSION BED TIME:
- Ideally take an infusion one hour before going to bed.
- Infuse 1 or 2 tablespoons for 8 minutes at 90-100°C with 200-250 ml of water.
- It is advisable to add a fatty product, such as milk of any kind.
